Established in 1999 when homes transferred from Telford & Wrekin Council, The Wrekin Housing Trust is a registered social landlord and we are regulated by the Housing Corporation. The Trust is also a registered charity.
We have a network of 11 'on the doorstep' offices, of which the Park Lane Centre is one, providing accessible services for our customers in the heart of their communities.
With a major interest, and a large number of customers in Woodside, the Trust is working in partnership with the Borough of Telford & Wrekin and English Partnerships to lead the delivery of regeneration projects across the estate.
