Hello, my name is Phil Heywood and I am the Neighbourhood Manager for Woodside. I am based at Park Lane Centre and work with Maria Bickerton and Nina Johnson. We work alongside the regeneration team delivering the physical enhancements to the estate was well as placing a focus on social regeneration. |
This work entails building links with all service providers to ensure that the residents of Woodside receive a good level of service and all liveability issues are addressed. The overall aim of the team is to work with the residents of Woodside to make the estate one that they are proud of and where people want to live.
